works great!
April 12, 2024I had this installed on march 15th of this yr. As soon as the installer fired up the compressor it was vibrating pretty bad. The installer said that the fan blade was not properly balanced out of the lennox factory. They didn't have it in stock so they had to order it. The next blade was installed on april 10th. It was worse than the original. The ac tech said this blade was also bent, and out of spec. Thankfully they had more in stock this time, and the next day a supervisor came out and installed another fan. He also moved the blade a little bit down the shaft. This made a big difference. My unit is now running with minimal vibration, and sounding good.

Works well into the low 30's, maybe lower.
March 16, 2024Installed less than a month ago. It replaced a 30 year old Trane heat pump. This one seems extract heat at lower temperatures and the heat strips have never activated even when it was 28deg outside. It is just as noisy as our 33 year old Trane XE1000 was. NO extended warranty was offered at the point of sale. Maybe soon?
