Base rails

December 22, 2024

We just had a rphp14 installed. It seems to work fine, but the base rails are a problem. Are they supposed to stay under the unit when installed or removed? Those openings and gap under the unit are just asking for rodents to move in. Also if they are supposed to remain, why does the sticker say to remove it.
